Personality:
First and foremost, Kyle Reese has some serious PTSD. Well, PTSD and some time confusion, but let's discuss the former, first. He grew up in a world ruled by the machines, post-Judgment Day. He was taught how to fight the machines, how to possibly win the fight against them, and doing things like that have lead to struggle. The struggle is clear physically on his body in scars, as well as just looking into his eyes.
He also makes sure to remember why he fights. What he's fighting for. Not just himself, not just for John, but for the safety of mankind. His goals for after everything was over was to go rebuild his parents old house. The same time he shared that goal, he showed he does have a sense of humor. Likely something he also got from his time with John.
He's able to love before even meeting someone in person. Shown by how he hears stories about Sarah Connor from John and that being the start of his falling for her. Sure, it was difficult for a bit after actually meeting her, the two of them having essentially a stand still of how they treat each other, but he still falls for her. And remains loyal to her while being forever skeptical of the Terminator she was raised by.
For final points, Kyle is one hell of a stubborn, hard headed man, but he is loyal through and through. This is shown as he doesn't lose hope in something being able to be done for John until near the end of the movie, and even then, he holds onto hope and faith in John. But more than that, he held loyalty to the cause and Sarah. Especially loyalty to Sarah.
Why do you think your character would work in this setting?
This is a nice change of pace for Kyle. He's used to war times with machines and working to save Sarah Connor from said machines, so he would be able to relax, even if not entirely out of habit, and live what he could only assume is a normal life. Of course, when Eli approached him, all he needed to know was that Sarah Connor was here and signing that contract was no problem.
How do you plan to expand their CR?
He's going to be offering lessons for anyone that would like to learn to shoot a gun and be willing enough to help out anywhere else that requires his help in the dome.
What will your character do for work?
Shooting range!
Inventory:
Weapons and clothing on his person during flux. Two handungs in shoulder holsters, one in a hip holster, and 3 knives. Two in leg sheaths and the third is a pocket knife at his side.

He had been around town for a few days now, and had opted to go for a run around the dome. Old habits died hard, as he looked around, in a sense patrolling the area. No one would really be able to actively tell by looking at him, unless they knew him, but there was a voice nagging at the back of his head. He shook his head and sighed. This wasn’t back home. He wasn’t dealing with Skynet anymore. Sarah was at home, and he was only out for a run and going to the gym. From there, he could make the decision as to whether or not to go get some shooting practice in.
His run ended at the gym, in fact, and he pat his pockets to make sure what he brought with him hadn’t fallen out along the run. The backpack he brought with him had an extra gun in there just in case, as well as some bottles of water. Now was still the time to relax. To try and continue to remind himself everything was alright. Skynet wasn’t here. There was nothing to worry about. Today, he would be working on cardio while he was here. This was his time to think, after all.
Some genuine downtime. Allison had explained that this place is safe, but that didn’t stop his restless nights or brain from going through thousands of ‘what if’ scenarios. Or even remembering what he had been through in life to get him to this point. As he went to one of the punching bags, bag set to the side as he threw various punches as it, his mind unintentionally decided to start down that path.
What if the Terminators found there way here? One two What if they got to Sarah before he had the chance to get to her? One... One two What if One What if Two What. One If. TWO.
He hissed, that last hit being just a bit too powerful and angled just to where he ripped some skin from his knuckles, frowning and glaring at the blood that welled up where the skin had scraped off. “Dammit…”
